> How long will my server be online for?

A minimum of 1 hour. After 1 hour, it will get scanned constantly to check how many players are on it. Once it's empty or there's only 1 player online, you run the risk of it being stopped by our system or staff, unless you're actually using it (no excessive idling).


> Can I change server settings?

You can change anything you want, except for the plugins, exe & ports


> Why my ip is changed at random times?

Your IP changes at random times because you are on a free host package, to avoid this kindly upgrade to premium


> How do I request a free server?

Register an account and then go to the request page.


> How long do I need to wait to get my server?

You don't need to wait. After you request a server, you will get your login details after admins have reviewd your application.


> How long does server last?

Server lasts as long as you don't break our server rules or Terms Of Service..


> How do I upload my server files?

You can use our online FTP, our File Manager or any FTP client (for example, FileZilla) to connect to the FTP server using your details from control panel. Then you will be able to upload your gamemode and server files.


> What types of gamemode can I run?

You can run any gamemode, except other then that uses much CPU and/or RAM. Donators can run any type of gamemode.


> I removed all server files by mistake, what should I do?

You just need to reinstall your server by clicking on "Reinstall" button from control panel.


> Can I request more than one free server?

No, you are not allowed to request more than one free server.


> What should I do if I lost my password?

> Why I cant access the panel?

You wont be able to access the panel because you are not registered or there maybe a downtime
